Eager to move to Cape Cod, I joined the leading and largest group of ophthalmologists, under a joint partnership between, Eye Health Services (EHS) and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB). I teamed with Dr. John Mandeville, MD, PhD, a Cosmetic and Reconstructive Eye Plastic Surgeon, and head of the aesthetic services group within EHS. Working in concert with Dr. Mandeville, I provided initial consultations and the delivery of injectibles, dermal fillers and laser services to EHS patients; while I also trained personnel and supported the development and growth of the firms overall aesthetic practice across 7 of their 12 offices throughout Southeast MA. New scheduling efficiencies were able to lighten an excessive workload, and freeing the doctor to schedule more delicate surgeries and increase revenues.
