Decrease Stress by using your Breath

Practicing a regular , mindful , breathing exercises that can be calming and energizing. This can help with Panic Attacks and Digestive Disorders.

Breathing is something we can control and regulate. It is useful for relaxation and a clear mind.

The 4-7-8 Breath counting is called the relaxing breath, I use it in all my services, I always implement Lavender but it is just as effective alone.

Today take some time to give yourself some time to deep breath, it will make your day less stressful.
